How do I place a catering order?

Catering orders can be placed with our catering team. Please contact our staff for more information at 937-540-9685 or adrian@hecyes.com


Do you offer tastings?

Yes, we have a complimentary tasting once a month. If you are interested in scheduling a tasting please fill out the information on the tasting information page and submit it to us.


What types of payment do you accept?

Meadowbrook Catering accepts checks, money orders, cash and all major credit cards. Please note that there is a processing fee associated with all credit card payments.


Do you deliver?

Yes, we do deliver. There is a minimum order of $100 required for delivery. There is also a delivery charge of $25 within the Dayton area and $50 and up outside the Dayton area.


Do you have rental items?

Rental equipment is available for an additional fee. Please refer to the rental page of our menu or ask your coordinator for further information. Specialty linen, chair covers, and dance floors require a deposit.


Can I bring in my own food or have a different caterer for my event at Meadowbrook at Clayton?

Meadowbrook Catering is the sole caterer at this venue. All food and beverages, excluding desserts, must be purchased through us.


Can I create my own menu?

We pride ourselves on customizing menus for your event. You are welcome to mix and match items from our menus or our trained staff will work with you in creating the perfect dishes for your event.
